Criticore was founded in 1989 by a health care provider who envisioned accurate placement of quality registered nurses to area hospitals. In their early years, they worked with a few hospitals within the Southeastern Michigan area. As word-of-mouth spread about their responsiveness, dependability and quality of staff, more facilities and nursing administrators were attracted to Criticore’s staffing solutions. Additionally, Nurses who were looking for temporary work were drawn to Criticore in increasing numbers. Amazingly, some of these nurses who signed on in their first two years continue to work for them today.
