Back when the rest of the country was turning on, tuning in and dropping out, our founders, Sue Ann Noveroske and Martha C. Bowers, were hard at work placing the right people with the right jobs. And it has paid off! Custom Staffing Services now stands as the largest locally owned recruiting company in the Tristate area.

We added our coal mining division in 1998 and opened our Princeton office in 2010 – offering a full suite of workforce solutions to our clients. In 2016 we opened our Vincennes office.
